UPDATE: The Fire just east of Sebastopol, south of Hwy 12 is under control and forward progress has been stopped. 
The vegetation fire that was burning on a City of Santa Rosa island, east of the City of Sebastopol and just South of Highway 12/Joe Rodota Trail is under control. Firefighters will remain on scene to fully extinguish hot spots. No additional updates are anticipated through Nixle.
