Traffic Alert: Spring Street Road Closure today 4:30pm-6:30pm 
Spring Street will be closed between Broad Avenue and Lafayette Avenue today from 4:30pm to 6:30pm to facilitate Bike Day. This event will close the roadway to vehicular traffic so that people can ride bikes, scooters, skateboards, and engage in other recreational activities. There will be music from DJ Johnny G, hot dogs from the Ossining Elks, giveaways from Julio's Bike Shop, and free books from the Ossining Union Free School District. As always this event is completely free and open to everyone.
The attached map shows the closure as well as streets that will be open for detour. North-South traffic should flow freely on State Street. Residents of Spring Street can get closest to their homes by using State Street or Edward Street to access cross streets.
Following this event, the police department will host a free pop-up chess event in Market Square during the Village's Acoustic Concert Series.
