At approximately 4:54 PM on Monday, July 19, 2021 NPD officers were dispatched to a traffic collision involving two vehicles that occurred in the area of Jarvis Avenue and Fircrest Street. Subject(s) in one of the involved vehicles fled prior to officer arrival.
