Call for Volunteers -

Sherman Weed Warriors will continue its weed removal work at Veteran's Field.  Our next battle is scheduled for Saturday, July 31 at 10 AM.   The team will focus on the same areas as last month for another cut, as the plants are already over 2 feet tall again. This should go quickly and will be followed by laying down garden fabric and then covering with wood chips.

Please come out and join us if you can. This work goes quickly with more hands and there is plenty of work to do. And when we say work, we mean fun.

Don’t forget to wear gloves, sturdy shoes and bring your implements of destruction to join in the fun.
