* At 456 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Hellertown, or near Allentown, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
* Locations impacted include... Easton, Bethlehem, Wilson, Hellertown, West Easton, Riegelsville, Glendon, Springtown, Old Orchard, Freemansburg and Coopersburg. This includes Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 62 and 76.
