** Roadway open ** I96/I275 is temporarily closed both directions between 8 Mile & I96/I696/M5 in the Novi/Farmington Hills area... while DTE runs electrical lines across the freeway. This closes off traffic flowing from EB I96, SB M5 & WB 696 to SB I275, and traffic going NB I275 from 8 mile. Estimated time of traffic restoration is 1100hrs, today.
