North Central Jefferson County in Big Bend Florida... * Until 830 PM EDT. * At 637 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor roadway flooding is ongoing just west of Monticello in the advisory area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen in the last 1 Hour. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Monticello, Montivilla, Casa Blanco and Lois. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
