Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person James Barry Turner Sr. He is a 59 year-old male Black who was last seen near his residence on the 13000 block of Arthur Street in Paramount on Friday, July 30, 2021, at approximately 6:45 p.m.
James is 5’11” tall, 170lbs, bald, brown eyes and a beard. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and tan pants.
Mr. Turner suffers dementia. His family has not seen or heard from him. They are very concerned and asking for the public’s help.
