Warrant Arrest 
On Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at approximately 2300 hours, Dustin Groh (34) out of Phiillipsburg, NJ was arrested on a motor vehicle stop on Route 523 near Dreahook Rd. Groh was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and lodged at the Warren County Jail for an NCIC warrant out of Warren County. Groh was also issued a warrant for being a fugitive from justice out of Pennsylvania. The filing of charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guility in a court of law.
