Missing Person - At Risk: William Stewart 84 years old The Fairfield Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 84 year old William Stewart. Mr. Stewart suffers from dementia and was last seen in the area of Stephen Street in Fairfield today, August 6, 2021, at 12:00 PM. Mr. Stewart is considered Missing-At-Risk. Mr. Stewart is described as an African American Male, 5’10” tall, 160 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen possibly wearing a green long sleeve shirt and gray sweat pants. Mr. Stewart has been known to travel by foot to Vacaville, Dixon, and northern Fairfield If anyone sees Mr. Stewart, they are asked to call the Fairfield Police Department at 707-428-7300, option 8. Due to his dementia, he sometimes forgets where he is.
