Full Notification

On August 6, 2021 at 2047 hours, the Readington Township Police Department was dispatched to Roosevelt Road for a suspicious person.  When officers arrived on scene, they located a shoeless and shirtless male walking in the roadway.  The male was later identified as Daniel Malinowski of Readington Township.  Malinowski refused to identify himself and was placed under arrest for obstruction.  While being placed under arrest, Malinowski attempted to pull away from the officers and resisted arrest.  Malinowski was charged with obstruction, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct; Malinowski was released on a summons complaint.

The filling of charges is merely one step in the process.  A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
