On Monday, August 9, 2021, City of Peoria Streets Division and its contractor will begin an asphalt mill and overly project on Peoria Avenue, from Loop 101 to 99th Avenue. ADA sidewalk ramps and various concrete elements along this roadway will be improved as part of this project. This project is slated for completion in mid-October of 2021, weather permitting.  
At least one lane of traffic will remain open in each direction on Peoria Ave. Left turn lanes may be restricted. Access to side streets/driveways will be maintained to the extent possible;however, as work crosses side streets/driveways, there will be brief restrictions.
