Public Notice 
Beginning Monday, August, 9th, 2021, the City of Elk Point will begin testing the storm sirens at noon. Thereafter, every first Monday of the month, storm sirens will be tested at noon. This testing will happen year round. Note: Storm sirens will not be tested during inclement weather to prevent confusion of weather severity. Thank you for your continued support.
