***UPDATE*** Due to the water main break, residents may lose water. Our public works department is on site now working to resolve the issue. The boil order will still be in effect once water has been resolved.

A boil order has been issued for all Williamsville residents until further notice.

You are advised to boil all water used for drinking, preparing food, beverages, ice cubes, washing fruits and vegetables, or brushing teeth for five minutes prior to drinking it. 

This is a precautionary measure for residents' protection. It is not necessary to boil tap water used for household purposes, such as showering, bathing, or laundry.

Due to required testing, the boil order will remain in effect for at least 24 hours. Residents will be notified when the order is lifted.
