Missing from 601 Sunset Boulevard, Arcadia, is Anthea Capps.  Anthea is a female White, 77-years-old, 5'-04", 110 pounds, brown hair and eyes, wearing an olive-green long sleeve shirt and pant set.  Capps was last seen at her address at 12:30PM.  She often takes walks, but she usually returns home by now.  If you have seen Anthea, or know her whereabouts, please contact the Arcadia Police Department.  Please see the attached photo of Anthea Capps.
