Hancock County in northern West Virginia...

* Until 1230 PM EDT.

* At 1156 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over East Liverpool, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power outages.

* Locations impacted include... East Liverpool, Aliquippa, Beaver Falls, Columbiana, Monaca, East Palestine, Wellsville, Economy, Ellwood City, Ambridge, New Brighton, and Beaver.

* AFFECTED AREAS: CARROLL, OH ... COLUMBIANA, OH ... JEFFERSON, OH ... BEAVER, PA ... LAWRENCE, PA ... WASHINGTON, PA ... HANCOCK, WV
