Columbia County Free Walk-In 2nd Dose Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic
When: 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm on Friday, August 13, 2021
Where: Kilbourn Public Library, 620 Elm St., Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965
- The free 2nd Dose Pfizer vaccine is open to anyone 12 years of age and up. Under 18 must have parent/guardian consent.
- The free J&J (one and done) vaccine is open to anyone 18 years of age and older
- Appointments are NOT necessary, however if you would like to register ahead of time, please visit vaccinate.wi.gov (you do not need to choose a clinic site/time/date when pre-registering)
- It is requested that you wear a mask and practice safe social distancing
- Those receiving the vaccine are requested stay on site for a 15-minute observation period
