Princeton woman arrested on multiple charges.
On August 11, 2021, at approximately 11:55 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch put out a
“Be On the Look Out” (BOLO) on a white passenger vehicle that was driving aggressively on US 41 from Haubstadt. Deputy Garrett Tuley, who was on US 41 near Haubstadt at the time observed a white vehicle traveling at high rate of speed and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. However, the vehicle turned off the highway and a brief pursuit occurred through the town of Haubstadt. Upon stopping the vehicle on Main Street in Haubstadt Deputy Tuley was able to identify the driver as 34-year-old Destiny Miller of Princeton. After a brief DUI investigation Deputy Tuley placed Ms. Miller into custody and transported her to the Gibson County Jail where she was charged with Intimidation, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Aggressive Driving, and Reckless Driving. She remains in custody on a $650 bond.
