Island Beach Closed To Swimming Due To High Bacteria Count 
Due to a high bacteria count at the Island Beach swim area, we will be closing the beach to swimming. Lake water will be tested each day and we will advise when the beach can reopen.
Boating on the lake is still permitted.
Birchwood Lake is open for swimming.
