The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a
* Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Marion County in central Kansas...
* Until 815 AM CDT Friday.
* At 1220 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to 
  thunderstorms. Flooding is expected to begin shortly in the warned 
  area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Goessel and locations between Goessel and Hillsboro.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned 
area.

Instructions:

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't
drown.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
