Marion man asleep in car was in possession of meth 
Deputy Robert Watson of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Micky Burns, 37, address listed as Riverhill Drive in Marion, with possession of methamphetamine.
On the morning of Monday, June 26, Watson was in the area of the Tate Street Welcome Center and saw a man asleep in a car and also spotted drug paraphernalia.
Watson identified the man as Burns, and a search of the suspect’s person turned up methamphetamine.
