Investigators Are Urging Any Other Victims Of Suspect To Come Forward. 
Investigators with the Adult Special Crimes unit have charged a 45-year-old man with sexual assault and are urging any other victims to come forward and speak with investigators.
Investigators charged Jose Acosta (06/13/76) with a sexual assault stemming from an August 1, 2021 incident in east Harris County.
He was indicted for giving numerous alcoholic drinks to a 17-year-old victim and then assaulting her later that evening after she was intoxicated.
Acosta is known to frequent ATV and Water Parks in the Crosby, TX area.
Acosta is a predomniantly spanish speaker, and investigators feel there may be other victims due to their language barrier.
Investigators will also be accompanied by a forensic nurse investigator to help victims with the trauma associated with these type of crimes.
