* At 356 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Harrisburg, York, Lower Allen, Weigelstown, Progress, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, New Cumberland, Enola, Steelton, Lemoyne, Hampton, Shiloh, West York, Valley Green, Wormleysburg, Bressler-Enhaut-Oberlin, Penbrook, Emigsville and Dillsburg.
