Tomorrow, August 14th, is the 28th Annual Cotati Kids Day Parade & Festival and we hope you'll join us for a day a fun! This year's theme is "A Very Merry Unbirthday" and we will be celebrating all of the missed birthdays from 2020 and 2021 so come ready to party! Costumes encouraged!
The parade starts at 10:00 AM at the Cotati City Hall. Folks will wind their way through downtown Cotati to La Plaza Park where parade judges and the festival await.
Schedule for the day (subject to change):
8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: FREE Pancake Breakfast at Church of the Oaks
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Parade (line up at City Hall at 9:00am)
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Festival at Cotati’s La Plaza Park (FREE)
Anyone is welcome to join us in the parade. Just show up at City Hall at 9am to get your space in line and complete the form.
Parade Route -
City Hall down West Sierra to Henry St.
Henry to Old Redwood Hwy.
Left on Old Redwood Hwy to La Plaza Park, where the parade finishes at the park and the festival begins.
There will be street closures before and during the parade that will reopen after the parade ends. Please be aware of detours throughout town and be extra cautious of pedestrians throughout the day.
