Felony Fraud Investigations Update. 
Over the last couple of weeks, Fremont Police Detectives have been investigating multiple incidents of ATM skimming devices and cashouts in and around the city of Fremont at Bank of America Locations. On Thursday, August 12, 2021, at about 9:30 a.m. Fremont Police Investigations Unit executed a search warrant on Goldenrain Ave. Investigators collected numerous amounts of gift cards and over $20,000 in cash. Daniel Mot (41) out of Van Nuys and Marian Radu (46) were arrested for multiple felonies.
