* At 304 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles southeast of Brevard, or near Jones Gap State Park, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines.
* Locations impacted include... Flat Rock, Tigerville, Pleasant Ridge State Park, Jones Gap State Park, Dupont State Forest, Caesars Head State Park, Tuxedo, North Saluda Reservoir, Glassy Mountain and Crab Creek.
