Illinois man arrested on Reckless Driving charge. 
On August 13, 2021, at 1:35 a.m. Deputy Garrett Tuley conducted a traffic stop on a Black Ford passenger car for traveling in excess of 100 mph on US 41 near County Road 400 South. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Tuley identified the driver as 23-year-old Cole Inboden of Robinson, Illinois. After a brief investigation Mr. Inboden was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Reckless Driving. He has since posted a $900 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
