DWI arrest 
On August 16, 2021 at 10:55pm, Officers from the Readington Police Department responded to a single motor vehicle crash on Ridge Road. When the officers arrived they made contact with the driver, who is identified as Heather Griffith from Branchburg New Jersey. Ms. Griffith displayed indicators of intoxication and was arrested after failing sobriety tests. Ms. Griffith was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving, then released to a friend.
The filing of charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
