The Borough's 2021 Summer Concert & Movie Series continues on Thursday, August 19 at 8:30pm with the Disney animated classic, “The Lion King.” A young lion prince is cast out of his pride by his cruel uncle, who claims he killed his father. While the uncle rules with an iron paw, the prince grows up beyond the Savannah, living by a philosophy: No worries for the rest of your days. This Academy Award-winner features the voices of Matthew Broderick, James Earl Jones, Jeremy Irons and Nathan Lane. Please bring your chairs/blankets (seating will not be available). As always, this series is free to the public.
