Evansville man arrested for driving without a license. 
On August 16, 2021, at 10:58 p.m. Deputy Zach Lienemann conducted a traffic stop on a Black SUV on US 41 near Oak Street in Princeton. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Lienemann identified the driver as 24-year-old Taziah Hopson of Evansville. During a roadside investigation Deputy Lienemann discovered that Mr. Hopson had never been issued a valid operating license. Further Deputy Lienemann discovered that Mr. Hopson had an outstanding warrant out of Vanderburgh County for operating a vehicle without receiving a valid license. At that point Deputy Lienemann placed Mr. Hopson into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Jail Mr. Hopson was charged with a new charge of Operating a Vehicle Without Receiving a License and the outstanding warrant through Vanderburgh County.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
