8/20 - Island Beach Closed To Swimming Due To High Bacteria Count 
Due to another high bacteria count at the Island Beach swim area, swimming will not be permitted. Lake water will be tested each day and we will advise when the beach can reopen.
Boating on the lake is still permitted.
Birchwood Lake is open for swimming.
