Tyler Ramsay was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon after trying to hit the victim with his vehicle

LOCATION: 4000 Block of My Place Road Needles, CA
SUSPECT: Tyler Ramsay, 26 years old, resident of Needles
VICTIM: Confidential
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at approximately 1:00 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a report of a man with a gun. Through investigation, it was determined the suspect, Tyler Ramsay, followed the victim to their residence in a white Toyota Corolla and while the victim was standing in the driveway Ramsay attempted to hit the victim with his vehicle. Ramsay then pointed a black handgun at the victim before speeding away.
Ramsay was located by deputies a short time later and was arrested for PC 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Ramsay was booked at the Needles Jail on a $50,000 bail pending a court hearing.
