ORIGINAL MESSAGE:
Members of the public are requested to avoid the area of 1400 S. Oakland Avenue. The following streets will be closed until further notice: S. Oakland Ave between 9th Street and Mullet Place. 9th And Norwood. Norwood and Langlade. Norwood and Mullett Place. S. Ashland and Mullet Place. This is an active police incident and we are not releasing any further information at this time. Sgt. M. Knetzger
