On today’s date at approximately 5:50pm, the Vigo County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle accident resulting in a fatality. Initial investigation shows a dirt bike being driven by a male juvenile was traveling eastbound on Concannon Road, in western Vigo County. The dirt bike struck a pick up truck traveling west. The male juvenile riding the dirt bike was pronounced dead at the scene. Assisting agencies were Fire Rescue personnel, Indiana State police, West THPD, THPD, Coroner’s Office, and DNR.
