Shooting in the 1100 block of Pedras
On Friday, August 20, 2021, at 11:07 p.m., Turlock Police officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Pedras Road for the report of a shooting that had occurred that left one male victim with a gunshot wound.
Upon arrival, officers located the victim and provided life saving measures until medical personnel arrived. The victim was transported to a local hospital and underwent surgery. The victim is currently in stable condition.
The investigation revealed that all parties involved were known to each other and that this incident stemmed from a dispute. There are no outstanding suspects or witnesses and all five individuals involved have been identified. No arrests have been made at this time, pending further investigation. In addition, the firearm used has been recovered as evidence.
