On August 22nd at about 2:40 am, two women (UC Students) were walking on the southside of Haste Street, just east of Bowditch Street when a dark-colored SUV pulled in front of them—blocking their path.  When the vehicle stopped in front of the women, three suspects got out of the vehicle and quickly approached the women. The two women were able to run away from the suspects to a place where they felt safe and called police.

The suspects are described as three Black men wearing dark clothing—one of them possibly wearing a red shirt underneath a dark jacket.  The suspect’s vehicle is described as a dark colored SUV.
