INCIDENT: PC - 21310 Possession of a Dagger
LOCATION: 400 Block of F Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Daniel Clark, 34-years-old, transient of Anchorage, AK
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Sunday, August 22, 2021, at approximately 8:15 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a report of a man with a knife. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the suspect, Daniel Clark. During contact with deptuies, Clark became combative and had a fixed blade knife concealed in his front pocket.
Clark was arrested for PC 21310, possession of a dagger. Clark was booked at the Needles Jail on a $25,000 bail pending a court hearing.
