Locations impacted include... Elgin, DeKalb, Crystal Lake, Carpentersville, St. Charles, Algonquin, Lake in the Hills, McHenry, Belvidere, Woodstock, Huntley, Geneva, Sycamore, Campton Hills, Fox Lake, Rochelle, Harvard, Island Lake, Marengo and Sandwich.
