08/16/2021 @ 0427. A woman drove a vehicle with stolen plates into the sub parking garage and removed a bicycle from a storage container. #03414
 
Residential Burglary
1200 block Formosa Avenue
08/16/2021 @ 0600-0700. An unknown suspect pried the front door open to gain access and ransacked the interior. The suspect removed a cell phone and laptop computer. #03415

7100 block Santa Monica Blvd
08/18/2021 @ 1700. A man attempted to remove a cell phone from a display area but was stopped by the security cord attached to the phone. The suspect then picked up another phone, cut the security cord with a box cutter, and ran from the store with the phone. #03411

08/18/2021 @ 2200-0915. An unknown suspect removed a wooden gate from the front yard of the residence. #03419

08/18/2021 @ 1910-2100. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and removed a backpack containing air pods, cologne, and clothing from the rear floorboard. #03417

08/19/2021 @ 1017. A man removed a cell phone and portable speaker from a display area and ran from the store. #03421 (same suspect as #03411)

08/19/2021 @ 1600-1530 (next day). An unknown suspect broke the rear door to gain entry and then broke an interior window in an attempt to gain access to the main dining area but was unsuccessful. #03445

08/19/2021 @ 2345. An unknown suspect smashed the rear window and removed three bags containing a laptop computer, books, and two tennis rackets from the trunk. #03432

08/19/2021 @ 1700-1000. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and removed a backpack containing two laptop computers from the back seat. #03440

08/20/2021 @ 0119. A man pulled a knife and held it against the victim’s chest while standing outside the club. #03431
 
Other Burglary (Suspect Arrested)
8200 block Santa Monica Blvd
08/20/2021 @ 0350. A man gained access to the interior of the business and smashed a glass door leading to the bathrooms. The suspect also smashed multiple fixtures in the bathroom and damaged the wall. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. #03434

08/21/2021 @ 0319. A man forced a window cover open to gain access and removed a bottle of alcohol and $3K in cash from the interior. #03466

08/21/2021 – 08/23/2021. An unknown suspect removed a parking permit from the interior. The suspect also removed two first aid kits, battery charger, and a medical kit from the trunk. No sign of forced entry. #03498

Aggravated Assault - Hands, Fist, Feet
7900 block Santa Monica Blvd
08/22/2021 @ 0209. A man punched the victim one time in the face during an argument that took place on the sidewalk outside of the club. The victim lost consciousness and hit his head on the ground when he fell. The victim suffered a cut on his head and a possible broken jaw. #03470

08/22/2021 @ 2254. A man smashed a front door window to gain access and searched the interior but did not take anything. #03483
 
Armed Robbery
Santa Monica Blvd / Westbourne Drive
08/22/2021 @ 1735. Two men were walking WB on the South sidewalk of Santa Monica Blvd when three men approached them from behind and grabbed one of the victims by the throat while holding a handgun and pulled him to the ground. The suspect removed the victim’s Rolex watch.  The second victim has his wallet taken at gunpoint by the other two suspects. #03478
