DETAILS:
On 8/26/21 at 9:09 am, the Los Altos Police Department received a report that an adult male had exposed himself to two teenage victims.
The two juveniles were sitting on a bus bench in the area of San Antonio Road and Almond Avenue when the subject approached them, exposed himself, and made sexual advances. The subject fled the scene when the juveniles told him they were calling the police.
Los Altos Police patrol officers located the subject on San Antonio Road near Hawthorne Avenue. The subject was identified as Allen Albert Romero. Romero was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Clara County Main Jail in San Jose for processing.
