Cooking Centers established today in prior to Thunderstorms 
With the heat index reaching 100 today, cooling centers have been set up at two locations in Aberdeen for today, Friday, August 27. One at the Cliffwood Beach Community Center and the other at the Hudson Ridge Senior Center, located at 100 Church St. Both are open from 12pm to 7pm. Thunderstorms are expected in the late afternoon/evening hours today. Things should cool off after the storms.
