OWI 5th Offense Arrest

On August 28, 2021 at 1:21 AM Officer Meiklejohn had contact with Andrew Conley 58 during a traffic stop.  Andrew Conley had been drinking and was arrested for operating while intoxicated.  He is also on probation and had a warrant through the Rock County Sheriff’s Dept. 
 
Dot records indicated Conley had 4 prior operating while intoxicated convictions.
