Arrest made in stabbing incident 
| Arrest made in stabbing incident On August 27, 2021 officers were sent to the 200 blk of S. Main for a stabbing. Officers located the victim in the street with what appeared to be a stab wound to the abdomen. The victim as transported to Mercy Hospital and was taken to surgery. The investigation led officers to Willie C. Jenkins male 46, who had fresh blood on his arm. Jenkins is being held at the Rock County Jail. This incident is still under investigation. The suspect and victim are known to each other. Arrested: Jenkins, Willie C. Male 46 years old Charges: 940.23(1) 1st Degree Recklessly Injury - Felony |
