* Until 630 PM CDT.

* At 422 PM CDT, National Weather Service Doppler radar and surface observations indicated extreme winds, associated with the eyewall of Hurricane Ida, moving north at 10 mph. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND LIFE-THREATENING SITUATION!

* AFFECTED AREAS: JEFFERSON, LA ... LAFOURCHE, LA ... ST. CHARLES, LA ... ST. JAMES, LA ... ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST, LA ... TERREBONNE, LA

Instructions:
