* Until 345 PM EDT.

* At 1247 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Louisville, Frankfort, Jeffersonville, New Albany, Jeffersontown, St. Matthews, Shively, Shelbyville, Lyndon, and La Grange. Rainfall rates around 3 inches per hour have been measured with these storms.
