LOCATION: 55000 block of Santa Fe Trail, Yucca Valley
MISSING PERSON: Leland Hunter, 76-year-old male
UPDATE: On August 30, 2021, Mr. Hunter returned safely to Santa Fe Assisted Living. Thank you to all who shared his information to assist in his safe return.
SUMMARY: On August 29, 2021, Leland Hunter was discovered missing from the Santa Fe Assisted Living facility in Yucca Valley. Mr. Hunter’s caregivers last saw him at approximately 5:00 p.m. He left the location on foot and it is not known where he was going. Mr. Hunter is new to the facility and not familiar with the area.
Mr. Hunter suffers from Dementia and other health issues. He is described as a white male, 5’10”, 180 pounds, with gray hair, and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black pajama pants, and white tennis shoes.
