* Until 530 PM EDT.
* At 229 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected in this area through 4:30 PM.
* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Centerville, Cambridge City, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Dublin, Milton, Greens Fork, East Germantown, Mount Auburn, Whitewater, Interstate 70 at Exit 145 and Jacksonburg.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WAYNE, IN
