Flood Watch until 01:00AM Wednesday 
The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a
* Flood Watch for the Shenandoah River at Millville.
* From Thursday afternoon until further notice.
* At 3:30 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 3.1 feet, or 6.9 feet below flood stage.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Flooding is possible.
* Forecast...Flood stage may be reached Thursday afternoon.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet, Water reaches the river access at Wagon Trail Place near Harpers Ferry, and completely covers the parking lot of the lower boat ramp at Millville Dam. Portions of the Cool Spring Battlefield begin to flood.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WARREN ... CLARKE ... JEFFERSON
