Case number 21-3510

On 8/31/2021 at approximately 12:15pm, the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety Dispatch Center received a call of a male suspect who had exposed himself to a high school student who was walking across the street on Snyder Lane.  The suspect was reported to be standing across the street from the school property. The victim stated the male suspect had his pants down and was purposely exposing his genitalia.  The officers got a general description of the suspect and began checking the area.  While searching the area, the suspect was located on Rohnert Park Expressway at the RR tracks, (1 mile away).  Officers made contact with him and were able to identify 38 year old Rohnert Park resident, Robert Clark Jr. as the suspect.   The victim positively identified Clark as the person who had purposely exposed himself.  There were no other victims or reports of this incident.  The victim will not be identified in this case due to being a minor.

Clark was arrested at 1:07pm for 314(1) PC Indecent Exposure, a misdemeanor.  He was transported to the Sonoma County Jail where he remains in custody on $5000 bail.
