* At 8:30 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 2.8 feet, or 7.2 feet below flood stage.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Flooding is possible.
* Forecast...Flood stage may be reached late Thursday evening.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet, A small portion of Wilt Road (County Road 9/8) begins to flood. Water also begins to flow over Millville Dam.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WARREN ... CLARKE ... JEFFERSON
